Mr. Howard is fresh off the plane but word on the hot streets of Los Angeles is that Ciara was there to catch him. The couple has been seen a few times together, dining and enjoying each others company.  According to new information, celebrity Ciara certainly will not return to her ex.  After a short break romance with New York Knicks basketball Amarela Stoudemire, the singer was almost a year alone, but it seems that Dwight managed to win her heart. We are sure he will keep his new relationship private while it is not entirely a sure thing.
