Soulja Boy is accusing hackers of posting the recent offensive comments attributed to him on his Facebook page account.
“I wanted to clear the air and let everyone know that my Facebook got hacked,” Soulja Boy said. “I had administrators on my account that no longer work with me.
The hackers used these old accounts [to] post hateful messages. This is not done by me or anyone on my team and I’m upset that I am being labeled as a racist and homophobic person.”
The series of racially charged posts were in response to a few members criticizing the former teen sensation’s music and image.
“IM TIRED OF WHITE PEOPLE DOING US LIKE THIS MAN!! THEY TREAT US SO WRONG!! f*ck THEM MAN ON GOD!!…I’m gonna keep talking sh*t to these white f*ggots until they unlike my page. f*cking weirdo stalkers!”
Despite Soulja Boy’s denial, the young artist has an history of posting controversial comments on social media platforms only to deny or delete them.
He posted a similar rant on his Twitter account in 2009, only to apologize shortly after.
“Water down my music and my appearance and make me look like something i’m not,” he wrote. “THESE CRACKERS DONT KNOW WHO THE F*CK I REALLY AM!!! Then I get signed. this is where my dream slowly died… these crackaz wanna criticize a n*gga. take REAL SH*t and turn it to trash. Like why? Like really. My music dream was THE SH*t 2 years ago before I was signed. It was everything I could ever imagine.”
